The team at Franchise Help has released its first-ever Top 20 franchise rankings, and Chem-Dry floor cleaning franchise owners shouldn’t be surprised to see their logo atop two of the listings.

The rankings fell into five categories: Overall, Emerging, Established, Growing and Profitability. Chem-Dry appeared on both the overall and established lists, showing its strength as a brand that has a broad appeal, as well as one with strong roots that serve both customers and franchise owners well.

Rankings used multiple evaluation tools

For its first outing into rankings, the team at Franchise Help had to work through more than 100 different brands who entered the competition. According to Franchise Help, reviewers dug into the following factors in those assessments:

•       Cost & Fees: Liquid Capital Requirement, Franchise Fee, Royalty fees
•       Size & Growth: Growth rate, closures, years in operation
•       Disclosure: Item 19 disclosures
•       Support: Marketing Support, Operational Support, Training

Other factors were considered as well, so that the most well-rounded picture could be provided to Franchise Help’s readers.

Ranking joins long list of recognitions
